Yes, I can send you this bin-File. See attachment "nvram-v2_TDS784D_381_2020_04_23.bin".
This data file is the dump of the two NVRAM DS1486 and DS1250Y read with the program "tektool5" via GPIB interface.

If you like to know more about "tektool5" its possible I infom you later.

And as I wrote earlier, in a few days I will send you a short instruction for the bypacked  "LCD remote".
